We’re located in Barrie, Ontario, and proud to be the city’s only dedicated music store! Visit us at 133 Mapleview Dr. West.
What are your store hours?
Our regular store hours are:
Monday–Friday: 9:30am – 6pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 6pm
Sunday: Closed

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in-store. They make a perfect gift for the musician in your life.
Purchasing & Orders
Do you sell online or only in-store?
You can enjoy the full shopping experience, both online and in-store.
Can I put an item on hold?
Absolutely! We can hold items for a short time — just give us a call to arrange it.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we do! We work with trusted financing partners to make it easier for you to bring home the gear you need. Ask in-store for details.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we can arrange shipping on many items. Larger instruments or high-value gear may have special handling needs — contact us for a quote.
What’s your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase on most new, unused items with a receipt. Some exceptions apply (e.g., harmonicas, reeds, and software), so please ask a staff member for details.
Lessons & Repairs
Do you offer music lessons?
We partner with experienced local teachers and offer referrals for private lessons in a variety of instruments. Let us know what you're looking for and we’ll point you in the right direction!
Can you repair or service my instrument?
Yes! We offer in-house guitar setup and repair services, and we also work with trusted techs for other instruments. Bring your instrument in and we’ll take a look!

I’m a beginner — can you help me choose the right instrument?
Definitely! Our staff are musicians themselves and love helping new players find the perfect fit. Whether it’s a starter guitar, keyboard, drum kit, or something else, we’ve got you covered.
Do you sell used gear?
Yes, we often have a great selection of used instruments and gear. Inventory changes frequently, so visit us often or give us a call to see what’s in stock.
Can I trade in or sell my old gear?
We do consider trades and select buybacks. Bring your gear in and we’ll take a look!
