Returns

If your purchase didn't quite meet your expectations, we offer a 7 day exchange/return policy on most new and unused items with a proof of purchase. Returns done after the 7 day window may be subject to a re-stocking fee or refusal of return.

Any items returned without the original packaging or with damage to the packaging or product may be subject to a re-stocking fee or refusal of return.

If you a returning an item that was purchased online/shipped, the 7 day window begins from the date of delivery and the return must be started before the end of 7 days.

*Returned items such as headphones, microphones, harmonicas, reeds, band instruments and things of that nature are typically considered final sale items due to sanitary reasons, however the manufacturers warranty still applies.
